All You Can Eat Salad with Lemon Basil Vinaigrette- Vegan
Salad #9 This is another salad from vegetarian times and is the same
vinaigrette we used from the July 20 recipe. The salad had a mixture of
lettuce, carrots, celery, and peas. I also had Nick make some baked tofu
earlier that had a light soy sauce marinade for some added protein and
flavor. It had the lemon basil vinaigrette which has fresh lemon juice,
olive oil, Dijon mustard, and chopped fresh basil. It is a yummy
dressing and easy to make.
