I have decided that due to my passion for cooking, and Nick's handy prep skills, I wanted to start a blog about food. We are both vegetarians some people have misconceptions about what we eat. We eat a lot of really delicious food that I think others would enjoy eating as well. I will try to post a picture of the meal as well a description. If you like it, I will post the recipe. Creamed Chickpeas and Peas on Toast
This is a play on tuna and peas on toast. We wanted to try a veg version. You mash the chickpeas and then made a rue with milk. We added some peas and then served it on toast.
