I have decided that due to my passion for cooking, and Nick's handy prep skills, I wanted to start a blog about food. We are both vegetarians some people have misconceptions about what we eat. We eat a lot of really delicious food that I think others would enjoy eating as well. I will try to post a picture of the meal as well a description. If you like it, I will post the recipe. April 20, 2012 - Tofu Parmesan
Tofu Parmesan
We breaded and cooking in oil some slices of tofu. We baked them in some spaghetti sauce and cheese. It was served over a bed of spaghetti. We also ate some Costco veggie balls.
