Slow Fashioned Pot Pie with Biscuit crust
In the crockpot we cooked chickpeas, carrots, onion, and potatoes. Toward the end we added a biscuit crust on top and let it finish cooking.
I have decided that due to my passion for cooking, and Nick's handy prep skills, I wanted to start a blog about food. We are both vegetarians some people have misconceptions about what we eat. We eat a lot of really delicious food that I think others would enjoy eating as well. I will try to post a picture of the meal as well a description. If you like it, I will post the recipe.
