Roasted Carrot and Herb Spread
This is another repeat. We baked baby carrots, onion, and some olive oil and herbs. After it was cooked completely we blended it until smooth in the food processor. We served it with sliced cucumber and pita bread.
I have decided that due to my passion for cooking, and Nick's handy prep skills, I wanted to start a blog about food. We are both vegetarians some people have misconceptions about what we eat. We eat a lot of really delicious food that I think others would enjoy eating as well. I will try to post a picture of the meal as well a description. If you like it, I will post the recipe.
