I have decided that due to my passion for cooking, and Nick's handy prep skills, I wanted to start a blog about food. We are both vegetarians some people have misconceptions about what we eat. We eat a lot of really delicious food that I think others would enjoy eating as well. I will try to post a picture of the meal as well a description. If you like it, I will post the recipe. Pasta with Lemon Garlic Sauce
We had a long weekend so we made up a quick dinner with a lemon, garlic sauce with some pasta and topped it off with some parmesan. It was simple and easy to make especially with how busy we had been this weekend.
