I have decided that due to my passion for cooking, and Nick's handy prep skills, I wanted to start a blog about food. We are both vegetarians some people have misconceptions about what we eat. We eat a lot of really delicious food that I think others would enjoy eating as well. I will try to post a picture of the meal as well a description. If you like it, I will post the recipe. Cannellini al Gratin with Crescent Rolls

This is a recipe that I know I have posted about. On December 15 to be exact. It is a recipe from Vegetarian Times. It is baked in a dutch oven and has a crispy breadcrumb and parmesan crust. This is one of our favorite meals to eat and is nice with a glass of wine. Mmm mm mm!
