November 18, 2011- A Dinner for Priests

Tonight we are making dinner for the monsignor, two priests, and deacon of our parish. On the menu:

A simple salad to start
Homemade garlic and rosemary focaccia bread
Linguine with homemade marinara
Polenta with two sauce: a creamy portabella sauce and marinara
Stuffed Zucchini
And for dessert a caramel apple tart
I hope they enjoy!
